This is my first home buying experience, and I'm buying a very old house, so I definitely needed the full inspection. Tony was very thorough and did an excellent job of pointing out details that I otherwise would have surely missed! He even used color coding to prioritize the severity of each issue, and used arrows in his pictures to point out problem areas, which was very helpful. He took drone shots, many pictures, and gave precise, detailed explanation of things , and even what type of professional to contact to get further analysis. His report was completed the same day that he inspected, and he even talked over the phone with me and answered my questions that very same evening. Amazing inspector, and I would highly recommend! He also has such a cheerful, friendly, and professional demeanor and awesome customer service skills! Thank you so very much, Tony!

Thank you WHI for the inspections you have done for us. My wife uses WHI for real estate inspections for her clients, Mark and his team have always been top notch for her. Philip came out to my mothers home for a whole house inspection and we couldn't have been more pleased with him. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He worked well with my elderly mom wanting to follow, talk, and question. I know that can be challenging while you work, however Philip was very kind and more than willing to stop and spend time with her questions about her home.
